For more than 20 years now, I have succeeded in helping companies achieve their goals. My range of experience covers the entire business cycle, from developing strategies and visions, to designing streamlined and efficient processes and establishing these as part of “daily business”.
Much of my work focuses on reorganising sales and marketing teams in line with modified market conditions, whilst assuming budgetary responsibility at the same time. In addition to Germany, Austria and Switzerland, my extensive international experience also involves establishing and developing business activity in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
I have been working as a self-employed, certified management consultant and sales coach for the last six years.
- Certified “InCaS – Intellectual Capital Statements for Europe” Moderator, assessed by the Fraunhofer Technology Academy
- Management Consultant, assessed according to the criteria of the “IBWF Institut” network of consultants
- Business Coach, certified in line with the guidelines set out by the German Association for Coaching and Training (DVCT)
- Degree in Business IT from the Academy for Management (Akademie für Betriebswissenschaften) in Mannheim, Germany
- Trained as an energy electronics technician
- Sourcefire Germany GmbH – as Director Central & Eastern Europe, I was responsible to establish the company in the region
- Lumension Security Inc. – as EMEA Vice President, I was responsible for restructuring sales in the region.
- Fortinet Inc. – as Country Manager, I was responsible for restructuring their Germany business unit
- Webwasher AG – as Head of Overall Sales, Marketing and Support for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, I set the company on the path to becoming a market leader.
- McAfee GmbH – Head of Field Sales Business.
- mbc Computersysteme – this is where I found my first role in sales.
